About Payne Agentic Ventures
Payne Agentic Ventures was founded by Kyle Payne to help capable entrepreneurs turn ideas into disciplined, operating businesses—while keeping ownership and every final decision where they belong: with the entrepreneur.

Why ownership matters
A paycheck is proof that someone else has figured out how to monetize your skills and labor better than you have. Entrepreneurship is the decision to learn how to do it for yourself—and own the value you create.
Why PAV exists
Starting a business can be intimidating when you do not know what to do first, which decisions matter most, or which mistakes could cost time and momentum.
PAV helps turn those unknowns into practical next steps, reduce avoidable mistakes that can stall progress, and give entrepreneurs the guidance to get their business off the ground.
“You own the business and every decision that shapes it. I’m here to help you move past uncertainty, avoid preventable mistakes, and build with confidence—with honest accountability and encouragement along the way.”
Kyle Payne, Founder
A different path after school
College is still presented as the default next step, even for young adults who have no clear reason to attend. That decision can consume four years and tens of thousands of dollars without guaranteeing meaningful work, financial independence, or a career they actually want.
Building a business is not the easy alternative. It requires discipline, sound judgment, resilience, long hours, and complete responsibility for the outcome. But for the right person, investing those same years and resources into developing practical skills, serving customers, building systems, and creating an asset they own may produce far greater long-term value.
PAV exists to help people with that mentality take entrepreneurship seriously—so they can begin with direction, avoid preventable mistakes, and build something capable of supporting the life they want.

Founder experience
Kyle Payne holds a degree in Business Administration and brings more than a decade of experience in sales, management, operations, customer education, and regulated business environments.
That range matters because building a business is rarely one problem at a time. The offer, the customer experience, the operating process, and the technology all need to support the same outcome.
Clarifying the offer, the customer, and the path to revenue.
Turning priorities into practical processes and accountable action.
Making complex choices easier to understand and act on.
Using practical tools to reduce friction and support better work.
