How project pricing works
Every project receives a written proposal or Scope of Work defining the deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, estimated schedule, price, and payment milestones.
Software, domains, advertising, messaging, licenses, contractors, and other third-party expenses are funded separately before PAV incurs the cost.
New deliverables, major revisions, additional integrations, and work outside the approved scope require a written change order or a separate quote.
Published prices are standard rates from the current PAV Pricing and Compensation Schedule. A signed proposal, Scope of Work, and client agreement control the final engagement. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
